21st Birthday

You would think I would have spent it clubbing all night, and taking shots with my friends. Instead, I enjoyed a nice romantic dinner with my boyfriend. I'm not ready to put up photos of him quite yet, so these are just of me.

I'm Still Alive!!

Hey Everyone! I know it has been Too Long since I last posted, and I miss blogging! School has taken over my life! Seriously, there's not a day when I can just relax and do nothing. I have a lot of responsibilities right now. However, midterms will be officially over next Monday, so I will have more time to update my blog. I'm looking forward to it because I have lots to share! ;)  Thank you so much for continuing to follow..I really appreciate it! XOXO.

My 20th Birthday

Hello All,
I wanted to share memories of my fantastic 20th birthday night (July 8th) with my blog readers. For weeks, my best friend and I had been wondering what to do to make this night an enjoyable and memorable one. We wanted to visit some lounges + clubs in NYC but most only catered to the 21+ crowd. I've always felt that being 20 is the most awkward age because you're not old enough to enjoy the bars, but too old to do anything juvenile. Anyway, to make a long story short, we decided to go to this club in the city that was letting in 19+ for "Ladies Night".

Masquerade Ball & Farewell Dinner

So last night, my org, The International Student Organization (ISO), (which I am secretary of) hosted a Masquerade Ball last night which also served as our farewell dinner for the semester. We really worked hard in planning this event, and it definitely paid off because the night was a success! Excellent food, impressive performances, Bangin after party, and more! A Shore Thing

I'm Back from Jamaica!

Hey Lovies! Like the title says, I am back! I got back on Thursday night but was really supposed to be back since last Sunday. Longggg and frustrating story. Just thinking about it tires me but word of advice to all you travelers- do yourself a favor and never fly stand by. I noticed that I have 5 new followers since the last time I checked. Thank you for following me and thanks also to my old followers for continuing to follow! Anyway, I had a great time in Jamaica. It's my second home, since my mom and her family are from there. It felt soooo good to be back in the islands..the little things I saw, like the island food in the supermarket made me happy! It's crazy how you don't know what you have until it's gone, eh? Itook sooo many pics, but I will choose a few to show you... pardon the low quality on some of them, im saving most of the high quality ones for my portfolio, but i'll still throw some from my portfolio on here cuz i appreciate ya ;) NB: All photos I post on this blog are copyright.

Barbados...Next Stop: Jamaica.

So in my previous post I told you that I will be going to the Caribbean. Well I'm here and it's my last night in Barbados. Spent 3 days there, basically for business but found some time to head to the beach. Here are some of the pics of the beach & of me..Im so disappointed in myself that I didn't bring a lot of clothes and shoes because I usually over-pack and wanted to avoid doing so this time. But I just ended up bringing inadequate clothes :-( I didn't bring a handbag, heels, nothing... Oh Well...

We Love to Eat!

Hey Lovies!
So I'm laying in bed I'm trying to distract myself from my hunger by searching some interesting blogs, but I'm still starving! Then I think about all the good food I've eaten lately and go look at my stash of food photos which only makes me MORE hungry lol. My friends and I are known for tearing it up at the restaurants lol..I usually order the same thing though. I swear, I don't only eat junkfood ;)
